A Savannah woman on Wednesday was indicted on multiple aggravated assault and related charges in a March 16 attack with her car against several victims following a fight.

Meghan E. Walker assaulted A’nya Hicks with a vehicle on March 16, the Chatham County grand jury determined.

The same indictment charges Walker, 22, with aggravated assault by vehicle against Nala Hicks, Terrell Mitchell, Akeelan Hicks, Rondatann Smith and Shanawtica Perkins.

It also charges her with criminal attempt to commit aggravated assault against Tinecka Smith by driving her car in Smith’s direction and felony fleeing and attempting to elude a pursuing police car in an attempt to avoid arrest.

Savannah-Chatham police reported the incident occurred at the intersection of Executive Park and Base Drive after the victim of a fist fight over an incident that occurred between two children on a school bus walked away.

According to police, Walker climbed into her car and drove it toward the victim, striking her and several children.
